Christine Rigby began her practice of Yoga in 1996 at the Spiritual Life Society and Yoga Center in Hudson. She completed her Yoga teacher certification in 2008 and is now a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) with YogaAlliance. Chris has continued her studies taking intensive workshops with Angela Farmer and others. A practioner of Zen meditation, she also studies under and attends the retreats of Zen Master, Roshi Fr. Robert Kennedy S.J.

Chris is a 30 year resident of Hudson and holds both a B.S and Masters of Library Science from Kent State University.
